A suspension upgrade also involves lowering. For the W124 models as coupe, sedan, convertible, and wagon (T-model), the KW V3 Classic coilovers allow for continuous lowering from 35 to 60 millimeters on the front axle and 40 to 60 millimeters on the rear axle.
The top model 500 E, with its distinctive front apron and wide fenders, can be lowered from 20 to 45 millimeters on the front axle and 20 to 40 millimeters on the rear axle.

The KW V3 Classic allows individual damping adjustment. The rebound (hardness adjustment) can be changed with 16 clicks, and the compression is freely adjustable with 12 clicks at any time.
