KW Coilovers Technology
Unlike traditional standard and sport suspension solutions, KW coilovers have a height adjustable composite spring seat. This allows ride height adjustment via the trapezoid thread on the coilover strut housing.
Another difference to a factory strut is the longer suspension travel, this is achieved by using a shortened coilover strut housing which allows the spring travel to remain unaffected even at maximum lowering.
KW Damping and Valve Technology - 2-Way
The adjustable independent rebound and compression damping provides an extensive range for damper tuning. This enables the enthusiast to directly effect the turn-in characteristics, tracking stability, tire grip, and handling at the vehicle's limits.
The patented KW TVR-A & TVC-A valve technology provide independent rebound and compression damping allowing the user to customize their KW damper setup.

KW Inox-Line
All our KW coilovers, Variant 1, Variant 2, Variant 3, Street Comfort and the adaptive KW DDC coilovers from the KW iSuspension range are made from stainless steel. Whether the strut or the trapezoid thread or the vehicle-specific connections - we only use stainless steel. Our stainless steel "inox-line" coilovers in conjunction with corrosion-resistant springs and elastomers stand for a long-term driving pleasure.

KW 7-post Driving Dynamic Test Center
The KW Driving dynamics test center in Fichtenberg, DE provides motorsport teams and industry partners the ability to simulate suspension travel of the vehicle as if they are on actual race tracks. This is done KW's hydraulic 7-post driving dynamics test rig.
Whether using 4 post sweep, 4 post track replay or 7 post track replay. The KW test center allows motorsport teams the ability to read between 50 to 100 measurements per day depending on the type of racecar. Setting up a KW competition damper system will prove beneficial as you'll be able to maximize the added benefits of the competition damper system.
