At KW automotive, we develop and manufacture various dampers and complete suspensions for many customer sports programs of car manufacturers. For example, all Toyota GR Supra GT4 are homologated with a KW Competition racing suspension. The KW Clubsport suspensions also have a damper and adjustment technology derived from motorsport. New on the KW V4 Clubsport for the Toyota GR Yaris is our revised valve technology. Due to our new damper design, the external piggy pack (expansion tank) is no longer necessary.

He can vary between comfortable or sporty driving. The continuously adjustable lowering of 25 to 45 millimeters at the front and rear axle improves road holding and optimizes the vehicle's grip. Pitching and rolling movements when cornering, accelerating, and braking are reduced. The feeling of safety when driving is improved.

Unibal top mount
Depending on the vehicle type, the aluminum Unibal top mounts have a scalable camber setting and can be optionally adjusted in the caster. This allows the camber angle to be adjusted so that maximum tire contact area is achieved when cornering and handling becomes even more direct.

Proven features, such as the adjustment of the damping, remain the same for each variant. In addition, we deliver each suspension with a perfectly tuned setup that has been specially optimized to the requirements of the vehicle model.
Easy registration
The KW V3 and KW V4 Clubsport each come with a parts certificate. This facilitates registration in the vehicle documents of your car. The certificate is specially tailored to the Toyota GR Yaris and fulfills all legal requirements. Both products in the Street Performance and Track Performance categories are road-legal.
