Warranty & repair

All our products set very high standards in terms of quality and durability. Unfortunately, however, even with our products, the possibility of an occasional defect cannot be completely ruled out. If the item you have purchased is defective, please contact us as described below. We expressly emphasise that the procedure described below is completely voluntary and serves only to process your complaint or repair as quickly and easily as possible. Against this background, in your own interest, we ask you to adhere to the following procedures wherever possible:

Step 1

Please send us an e-mail to technik@kwautomotive.de with the following details:

- Name, address and telephone number - Customer no. and/or invoice number - Article number, article description and the number of the suspension struts/shock absorbers - Specification of whether warranty (24 months from date of purchase) or chargeable repair - Exact description of the reason for the complaint or repair - Details of the vehicle (manufacturer/model/type/engine/year of manufacture)

Step 2

We will record the process and send you a return number by email. This process is now stored with us under this number. Please quote this number if you have any queries.

Step 3

Send the cleaned and disassembled parts well packaged, stating the return number, to the following address: KW automotive GmbH Return no. Aspachweg 14 D-74427 Fichtenberg

Step 4

The parts will be checked and repaired immediately after receipt and then dispatched to you. Please quote the return number for all queries.
