This coilover suspension offers maximum possible lowering, customised to your vehicle model. You can also change this at any time after installation.
Adjustable rebound (low speed)
You'll notice the difference with every click! Here, you can adjust the low-speed rebound with 16 clicks. This adjusts the ride characteristics, making them either harder or more comfortable.
Adjustable compression damping (low speed)
You can fine-tune the low-speed compression damping even after installation. The vehicle's handling and stability will benefit from 12 clicks.
Composite spring disc
The height-adjustable KW spring plate is made from a resistant and friction-optimised polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert. In contrast to anodised aluminium adjustable spring plates, the polyamide composite material prevents possible oxidation.

The type 5N/5N Allspace has a lowering range of 35 to 55 mm on the front axle and 30 to 55 mm on the rear axle. The 5N R allows a lowering of 25 to 45 mm on the front axle and 20 to 45 mm on the rear axle.
Are KW height-adjustable springs an alternative to a "normal" suspension?
Our height-adjustable springs can be an alternative to a complete suspension system. Especially if you don't want to miss your standard damping. This is particularly the case for models with DCC. With KW height-adjustable springs, your car gets the typical KW characteristics and an individually adjustable lowering despite the standard damping.
Which legal regulations apply to the installation of KW suspensions in Germany?
Anyone who modifies their vehicle in Germany must have these changes approved by a testing organization. For components without an ABE (general operating permit), registration is required. To simplify the process, we supply a parts certificate for each of our road-approved products. This allows you to present your VW Tiguan II (5N) to the test center without any problems.
