Adjustable high-speed range
The high-speed adjustment of the compression damping in the KW V4 suspension enables faster damping during fast bumps and driving manoeuvres. This optimises vehicle stability at high speeds and dynamic driving styles without compromising on comfort and control.
Setup development on the driving dynamics test bench
Setup development on the 7-post test bench enables precise vehicle tuning through simulated driving dynamics. Realistic tests of chassis behaviour and various characteristic curves enable our engineers to optimise the setup and improve performance and handling in a targeted manner.
V4 technology in detail
With the low-speed compression damping, you can adjust your suspension to the grip level of your tyres.
The high-speed compression damping optimises damping in the event of fast impacts and thus increases vehicle stability at high speeds.
A vehicle-specific KW V4 application is supplied with an external expansion tank to provide the necessary oil volume.
Depending on the vehicle model, the KW V4 comes with aluminium suspension struts.
