3-year follow-up warranty: The customer can have his KW suspension installed by a certified dealer. In addition to the 2-year KW manufacturer's warranty, the customer only secures a three-year follow-up warranty on his Coilover suspension by having it professionally installed by a KW specialist dealer.* This gives the customer a double benefit: he receives a perfectly installed product and additional security through the follow-up warranty. If the customer installs their suspension themselves, they do not enjoy this benefit.

The right dealer for every requirement: Whether the customer simply wants professional purchasing advice or is interested in buying a KW product, we have the right contact for every request. Our Performance Pro Partners, for example, specialize in coilovers that are used in club sport events. Specialized KW Performance Partners V4/V5 focus primarily on high-performance road suspensions.
You can have your suspension professionally measured at selected KW automotive specialist dealers. A professionally performed wheel alignment will ensure that your vehicle sits perfectly on the road. Tire wear will also be minimized.
The KW specialist dealer installs the suspension with a preset basic setup and gives the customer valuable tips for fine-tuning, adapted to their individual needs. Of course, the customer can still make further changes to the damper setup independently afterwards.
With a KW specialist retail partner, the customer always has a competent contact person. They provide perfect advice for any concerns or problems.
Many of our specialist retail partners offer approval by technically recognized experts in addition to installation and advice. Almost all KW coilovers from the Street Comfort, Street Performance, and Track Performance categories include a parts certificate.
