Composite spring disc
The height-adjustable KW spring plate is made from a resistant and friction-optimised polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert. In contrast to anodised aluminium adjustable spring plates, the polyamide composite material prevents possible oxidation.

Can you increase the range of the Kia EV6 GT with a KW suspension?
It's not the main purpose, but it's still a nice side effect. The stepless lowering of the KW V3 optimizes aerodynamics. This can slightly increase the range when driving at a constant speed (e.g., on the highway). We were able to demonstrate this effect, for example, with the Tesla Model 3.
What happens to the Kia EV6 GT's electronic suspension system?
If your Kia EV6 GT is equipped with adaptive factory dampers and you want to retrofit a KW V3, that’s no problem. When ordering, be sure to select the correct vehicle model. For models with electronic dampers, a KW cancellation kit is included in the package. This deactivates the factory damper control system while fully preserving the functionality of the control unit.
