Retrofit the BMW M2 (F87) chassis & get the most out of your M
As the sportiest variants of the BMW 2 Series, the BMW M2 (F87) and BMW M2 CS (F87) let you experience the pure M feeling. Thanks to its compact dimensions, powerful six-cylinder engine, and rear-wheel drive, the driver enjoys sporty performance and uncompromising agility. The suspension plays a central role, especially in vehicles that focus heavily on driving dynamics and directness. With a BMW M2 (F87) coilovers from KW suspensions, your car gets a stepless lowering, precise damper tuning, and a significantly more harmonious balance of control, grip, and residual comfort. The result: Your F87 unleashes its full potential without losing its M character.
The factory suspension
The BMW M2 (F87) is very direct and agile straight from the factory, with a focus on maximum driving pleasure. The significantly shorter wheelbase than the M3 or M4, the wider track, and the active M differential ensure high traction and a lively rear end. The car responds immediately to steering and acceleration, providing an intense driving experience. Nevertheless, the standard suspension is very stiff. Transverse joints and short bumps are clearly noticeable in the interior. The CS in particular requires a clean, practiced driving style and is less forgiving of poor road conditions.
Our KW product
Thanks to separately adjustable rebound and compression, your F87 with KW V3 smoothly absorbs bumps in the road without the body losing control. In addition, the KW V3 coilover suspension ensures that the weight of the vehicle and your driving style are in perfect harmony. The front axle now steers even more precisely, while the rear remains stable during acceleration. Overall, the M2 drives more smoothly and with greater control, without losing any of its sporty character. Ideal for all drivers who use their F87 regularly in everyday life but don't want to compromise on driving dynamics. Stepless, adjustable lowering included. Only available for BMW M2 F87.
Customized lowering
This coilover suspension offers maximum possible lowering, customized to your vehicle model. You can also change this at any time after installation.
Adjustable rebound (low speed)
You'll notice the difference with every click! Here, you can adjust the low-speed rebound with 16 clicks. This adjusts the ride characteristics, making them either harder or more comfortable.
Adjustable compression damping (low speed)
You can fine-tune the low-speed compression damping even after installation. The vehicle's handling and stability will benefit from 12 clicks.
Composite spring disc
The height-adjustable KW spring plate is made from a resistant and friction-optimised polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert. In contrast to anodised aluminium adjustable spring plates, the polyamide composite material prevents possible oxidation.

You can select and adjust the driving modes at the touch of a button or via the app.
When should I choose KW V3 Racing and when should I choose KW V4 Racing?
Both the KW V3 Racing and KW V4 Racing are designed exclusively for use on the racetrack. The KW V3 Racing is ideal for racetrack drivers who are looking for precise adjustment options for rebound and compression. It enables stable, easily controllable handling under high loads. The KW V4 Racing is aimed at drivers with maximum performance demands and setup experience. The advanced adjustment options allow the suspension to be precisely tuned to the tires, track, aerodynamics, and vehicle weight. It is the choice for racing under professional conditions.
What material are KW coilovers made of?
KW coilover kits are made from high-quality INOX Line stainless steel. This material is particularly corrosion-resistant and durable. Even with year-round use and demanding conditions, you will enjoy KW coilover kits made from stainless steel for a long time.
