What are the best suspensions for sporty cars?
It depends on what you want as a driver. If you just want to lower your car and enjoy a firmer ride, but aren't interested in individual damping settings, the KW V1 is the right product for you. However, if you are looking for a full range of customisation options in terms of both lowering and damping, we recommend the KW V3–V5 coilover kits. If you want to retrofit electronic dampers, choose the KW DDC.
What advantages do adjustable sports suspensions offer?
In our case, we are not talking about sports suspensions, but coilover suspensions. The big advantage of our coilover suspensions is that they can be individually adjusted in terms of both lowering and damping. You can adjust the lowering continuously at any time. In addition, you can influence the damping behavior of your vehicle with the compression and rebound stages. Each setting can be reversed at any time.
Which suspensions are recommended for lowered vehicles?
People who lower their cars generally want to maintain sufficient safety and some level of comfort. With our Street Performance coilover suspensions, you get the perfect balance of everyday usability and performance. Our KW V1 to KW V5 and KW DDC models are high-quality and durable, and can be adjusted to provide either a sporty, firm ride or a more comfortable one (except KW V1 with pre-set damping adjustments ex works).
Which suspensions are best for everyday use and still sporty?
Our Street Performance coilover suspensions are also ideal for this purpose. All six suspension applications (KW V1 to KW DDC) have a sporty basic setup. To ensure sufficient driving comfort in everyday use, they follow the motto "As sporty and firm as necessary, as comfortable as possible." This gives the customer a precisely tuned coilover suspension for sporty driving on public roads.
