Adjustable high-speed range
The high-speed adjustment of the compression damping of the KW V4 suspension enables faster damping during fast bumps and driving maneuvers. This optimizes vehicle stability at high speeds and dynamic driving styles without compromising comfort and control.
Setup development on dynamic test rig
Setup development on the 7-post test bench enables precise vehicle tuning through simulated driving dynamics. By realistically testing suspension behaviour and various characteristic curves, our engineers can optimize the setup and improve performance and handling in a targeted manner.
V4 Technology in detail
With the low-speed compression damping, you can adjust your suspension to the grip level of your tires.
The high-speed compression damping optimizes damping during fast impacts and thus increases vehicle stability at high speeds.
A vehicle-specific KW V4 application is supplied with an external expansion tank to provide the necessary oil volume.
Depending on the vehicle model, the KW V4 comes with aluminum struts.
